National YWCA of Korea founded the Korea Women’s Leadership Award in 2003 sponsored by the Citigroup to contribute to explore leadership of Korean women and suggest future leadership models for young Korean women.  National YWCA of Korea invites recommendations for the candidates of the 7th Citi-YWCA Korea Women’s Leadership Awards. We would appreciate your  participation in the candidate recommendation.

1. Objectives of the Award:
To identify and recognize women leaders who contribute the Korean society and development of women leadership with professional activities, creativities and volunteerism

2. Qualification of Candidates
1) Grand Award : Korean women who contribute the Korean society and  development of women leadership with professional activities, creativities and  volunteerism 
2) Young Leadership Award : Korean women under age of 50 who    representative role model of young women by developing and challenging   boundaries in a new field and therefore opening up paths for other young   Korean women.
3) Special Award : Women who work in Korea for social integration of Korean  society based on the multiculturalism.
